Do I need PassTenant to view or apply for a property?
No. Never. PassTenant is entirely optional and makes no difference to whether you can view or apply for any property — with anyone. It exists to save you time after a landlord says yes.
How does the refund work?
If you sign a tenancy through RentPAID within 6 months of buying PassTenant, your £25 is refunded in full.
Who sees my financial information?
Only people you send a share link to — and they see a verified affordability range, never your bank transactions. You can revoke any link at any time.
How long is my report valid?
3 months from the day it's issued. After that, share links stop working automatically.
Can I cancel?
Yes — you have a 14-day right to cancel with a full refund. If you ask us to start your checks right away and your report is fully delivered inside those 14 days, the cancellation right ends when the report is delivered.
